* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 810 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Troy, Piqua, Greenville, Celina, Tipp City, St. Marys, West Milton, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, Versailles, Covington, St. Henry, Arcanum, Newport, Bradford, Union City, Fort Loramie, Fort Recovery and Pleasant Hill.

Catherine Link
Catherine A. Link, 93, Gel's Home, Coldwater, died at 10:53 p.m. Sept. 6, 2011, at Briarwood Village, Coldwater.
She was born Feb. 5, 1918, in Sidney to August and Louise Franzer Meyer. On July 1, 1943, she married Meinrad A. Link Sr., who died Nov. 10, 1993.
Surviving are three children, Meinrad "Bud" (Kathleen) Link, Celina, Stephen (Deb) Link, Montezuma, and Rita (Jim) Rengers, Coldwater; four in-laws, Lucille Meyer, St. Marys, Gustave and Betty Link, Fort Recovery, Victoria Link, Celina, and Anne Link, Sidney; eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Deceased are three brothers, Paul, Joseph and Leon; and two sisters, Frances Graver and Mary Elsass.
She was a homemaker.
A Mass os Christian Burial is 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater, the Rev. Richard Walling officiating. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. Friday and 9-10 a.m. Saturday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home Coldwater.
Memorials may be made to State of the Heart Hospice, 230 W. Main St., Coldwater.
