* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 810 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Troy, Piqua, Greenville, Celina, Tipp City, St. Marys, West Milton, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, Versailles, Covington, St. Henry, Arcanum, Newport, Bradford, Union City, Fort Loramie, Fort Recovery and Pleasant Hill.

At 909 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Botkins, moving southeast at 40 mph.
HAZARD...Penny size hail, frequent cloud-to-ground lightning, and very heavy rain.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation. Lightning can cause serious injury or death. Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning is possible.
Locations impacted include... Bellefontaine, Wapakoneta, Anna, Jackson Center, Russells Point, De Graff, Botkins, Lakeview, Quincy, Huntsville, Port Jefferson, Kettlersville, Fryburg, Montra, Logansville, Mcmorran, Maplewood, Mccartyville, Swanders, and Bloom Center.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 97 and 110.
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building.
Motorists should slow down and use extra caution.

Geraldine Leohner
Geraldine C. Leohner, 97, died Sept. 7, 2011, at Wesley Glen Retirement Community, Columbus.
She born on June 24, 1914, in Rockbridge, to William and Blanche Starner Primmer. On Sept. 26, 1936, she married Robert Grant Leohner, who died May 31, 1977.
Surviving are a sister, Rhea McKown, Palm Harbor, Fla.; a son-in-law, the Rev. David Woodyard, Powell; a granddaughter; and two great-grandsons.
Deceased are daughter, Jeanne Woodyard; two sisters, Ruth Tucker and Helen Beougher; and a grandson.
She was active in church work in United Methodist churches in Baltimore (Ohio), Minerva Park, and Maize Manor. She had served as choir director, taught church classes and played piano for various church functions.
Services are 4:30 p.m. Sunday at Maize Manor United Methodist, Columbus, the Rev. Gloria Brooks officiating.
Burial will conducted at 11 a.m. Monday at Floral Hills Memory Gardens, Lancaster.
Calling is 2 p.m. until time of services Sunday at the church.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Maize Manor Church, Wesley Glen Retirement Community or to HomeReach Hospice, Columbus.
Arrangements are being handled by Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys.
