* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

Amateur photographer and Coldwater native Bruce Knapke captured moments of Sept. 11, 2001, and the following months as a way to cope with the tragedy.
