Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Gusts of 30 to 40 mph will be common, but the highest gusts near 50 mph will be sporadic. CELINA - Fort Recovery's Jared Kahlig weathered the wet conditions on Saturday at The Fox's Den and captured medalist honors with a 3-over 75 to win the 2011 Midwest Athletic Conference boys' golf tournament.
