* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Opal Subler
Opal C. Subler, 101, North Star, died at 8:15 p.m. Oct. 18, 2011, at Briarwood Village, Coldwater.
She was born Nov. 19, 1909, in North Star, to Albert and Agnes Barga Henry. On July 23, 1929, she married Alfred H. Subler, who died Aug. 29, 1994.
Surviving are children, Dianne Hemmelgarn, North Star, Suzanne Budde, Maria Stein, Barbara (Jack) Feverston, Elaine (Vernon) McEldowney, Centerville, Richard Subler and Bruce (Darla) Subler, all of North Star; siblings, Magdalen Niekamp, North Star, Ann Huber, Dayton, Roger (Alma) Henry, Dayton; a sister-in-law, Henrietta Henry, St. Henry; 15 grandchildren; and 28 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are three sons-in-law, Ed Hemmelgarn, Walter Budde and Al Hemmelgarn; and a daughter-in-law, Rita McEldowney Subler; siblings, Basil Henry, Lawrence Henry, Mary Bergman and Bernadine Miller; a grandchild; and a great-grandchild.
She was a lifelong member of St. Louis Catholic Church, North Star, and it's St. Anne's Sodality.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. David Zink officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Friday at Bailey Zechar Funeral Home, Versailles, and 9-10 a.m. Saturday at the church.
