* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.

Mercer County Prosecuting Attorney Andy Hinders on Thursday discusses benefits of a possible countywide levy to finance the county health department. Representatives from 15 of the county's 23 political subdivisions were present at the meeting and said they would support the issue.
