At 326 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Lakeview, moving east at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Kenton, Jackson Center, Russells Point, Lakeview, Belle Center, Chippewa Park, Northwood, Roundhead, Mount Victory, Rushsylvania, Huntsville, Ridgeway, Silver Creek, Jumbo, St. Johns, Mentzer, New Hampshire, Big Springs, Bloom Center, and Lewistown.

John Robbins
John W. Robbins, 69, rural Celina, died Nov. 1, 2011, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
He was born April 13, 1942, in Celina, to Roy A. and Opal G. Monroe Robbins. On May 7, 1977, he married Naomi Hover, who died July 14, 2009.
Surviving are a son, Dwayne (Kimberly) Beal, Germantown; two siblings, Tom (Mary Jane) Robbins, Celina, and Mary Robbins, Vandalia; two in-laws, Lavern (Sue) Hover, Lima, Glenna (Dale) Kriewald, Florence, Ariz.; and five grandchildren.
Deceased is a daughter, Teresa Beal.
A 1960 graduate of Celina High School, he attended Ohio State University for two years. He served four years in Germany with the U.S. Army. He was a retired telephone technician with Verizon and had farmed.
He was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ, Rockford, Celina American Legion, Farm Bureau and the Belgian Draft Horse Corporation of America.
Services are 11 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Catherine Costello officiating.
Calling is 4-7 p.m. Friday at W. H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina, and one hour prior to services Saturday at the church.
Memorials may be made to the church.
