* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:40 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.2 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Marion Local High School Marching Band performs during the football game Saturday. The band was awarded the top rating, a superior, at the Ohio Music Education Association State Marching Band Finals held in Dublin recently. The only other local high school marching band to perform at state competition was Fort Recovery, which also received a superior.
