* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Western Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio... North Central Shelby County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 1245 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1003 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, St. Henry, Rockford, New Knoxville, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, Maria Stein, State Route 116 at State Route 197 and Chattanooga.

Jack Macklin of Van Wert inspects a painting by William John of Lima, which is on display at the 22nd annual Artist Member Exhibit and Sale at Wassenberg Art Center in Van Wert. The exhibit continues through Dec. 16. The artwork submitted was judged by Garrett Dangler of Manhattan, and awards were presented during a recent reception. The center is located at 643 S. Washington St., Van Wert. Hours are 1-5 p.m. Tuesdays through Sundays. Admission is free.
