* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following county, in west central Ohio, Mercer.
* WHEN...Until 400 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1253 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Tama and Neptune.

Ruth Finch
Ruth M. Finch, 91, Dayton, died Nov. 11, 2011.
She was born June 8, 1920, in St. Henry, to Harry and Pauline Albers Bergman. She married Dr. Robert W. Finch, who is deceased.
Surviving are children, Janice Willhelm, Carol (Rick) Koehler and Tom (Linda) Finch, all of Dayton, and Jim Finch, California; siblings, Betty Jean Brockman and Marjorie Vogel, both of Coldwater, and Elsie Timmerman, Melvin Bergman and Floyd Bergman, all of Fort Recovery, and Jack Bergman, St. Henry; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two sons, Bob and Paul; five brothers, Ralph, Walter, Harold "Bob", Lavern and Paul Bergman; son-in-law, Mark Willhelm; and a grandson.
She was a member of St. Rita Catholic Church, Dayton, where a funeral Mass was held Nov. 15, 2011. Burial followed in Calvary Cemetery, Dayton.
Memorials may be made to Acclaim Hospice, Dayton.
