* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following county, Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...Through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rain are possible Thursday. The heavier bands of rainfall may produce 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

Cyrus "Jimmy" Frey
Cyrus "Jimmy" Frey, 55, St. Marys, was found dead Nov. 18, 2011, near Grand Lake.
He was born Jan. 26, 1956, in St. Marys, to John and Eleanor Walker Frey.
Surviving are three sons, Dustin Frey, Jeremy Frey and Justin Frey, all of St. Marys; siblings Mike (Deb) Frey, St. Marys, John (Barb) Frey Jr., Colorado Springs, Colo., Jane (Ron) Paulus, Pasadena, Texas; and two grandchildren.
He was a veteran of the U. S. Marine Corps, and had worked at AAP, St. Marys, and Plasti-Pak, Jackson Center.
Services are noon Wednesday at Miller-Long & Folk Funeral Home, St. Marys. Military burial rites will be conducted at Dayton National Cemetery, Dayton.
Calling is 10 a.m. until time of service Wednesday at the funeral home.
