* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Irma Wendeln
Irma A. Wendeln, 76, of Maria Stein, died at 12:30 p.m. Nov. 25, 2011, at Heritage Manor Nursing Center, Minster.
She was born Sept. 7, 1935, in Minster, to John and Mary Dwenger Sturwold. On Jan. 21, 1956, she married Charles U. Wendeln, who died Nov. 18, 2009.
Surviving are two children, Diane (Mark) Homan, Maria Stein, and Gary Wendeln, New Bremen; five brothers, Clarence Sturwold, Vandalia, Ralph (Mary Ann) Sturwold, Fort Loramie, Gilbert Sturwold, Minster, Wilbur Sturwold, Russia, and John and Marlene Sturwold, Minster; a brother-in-law, Warnie Alexander, Piqua; two grandsons and four great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two sisters, her twin Norma Alexander and Marilyn Gaerke; and two sisters-in-law, Helen and Mary Jane Sturwold.
She worked with her husband on the family dairy farm and was a member of St. John Catholic Church, Maria Stein, and the Ladies Sodality of the church.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Gene Schnipke officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9-10 a.m. Wednesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
