* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Joy Linton
Joy J. Linton, 92, Celina, died at 9:40 p.m. Nov. 26, 2011, at Joint Township Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
She was born Oct. 12, 1919, in Van Wert County to Olen W. and Laura Wheeler Chivington. On March 15, 1941, she married Elmer Linton, who died May 21, 2001.
Surviving are children, David (Linda) Linton, Celina, Diana (David) Eyink, Celina, and Elizabeth (Gary) Moorman, Tipp City; sister, Eileen Reasner, Celina; seven grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are siblings, J. "Pat" Chivington, Betty Meyering and Billie Luke.
She was a 1936 graduate of Rockford High School and a graduate of Fort Wayne Business College. She received a bachelor's degree in education with a major in special education from Wright State University in 1974. She worked as a nurses' aide several years and was a substitute teacher. She also worked at Central Mutual in Van Wert.
She was a member of Bethany United Methodist Church, Celina, and its women's society. She was a member of the Celina Garden Club and formerly worked with the Green Thumb program and served as an adviser with Neptune Loyal Workers 4-H Club.
Services are 11 a.m. Thursday at the church, the Rev. Jonathan Exman officiating. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery, Rockford.
Calling is 4-7 p.m. Wednesday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, and one hour before services at the church.
Memorials may be made to Grand Lake Hospice.
