* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1054 AM EDT, local law enforcement has reported minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Troy, Piqua, Greenville, Celina, Tipp City, St. Marys, West Milton, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, Versailles, Covington, St. Henry, Arcanum, Newport, Bradford, Union City, Fort Loramie, Fort Recovery and Pleasant Hill.

* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.

Brandon Heath
Brandon Alan Heath, 21, of Decatur, Ind., died 12:19 p.m. Dec. 30, 2011, at Parkview Memorial Hospital, Fort Wayne, Ind. Death was due to injuries sustained after being struck by a car on Dec. 24, 2011.
He was born April 27, 1990, in Van Wert. His father and stepmother, Douglass W. and Beth Heath, survives in Van Wert, and his mother, Cheri Goodwin, survives in Decatur.
Other survivors are a brother, Dustin W. Heath, Celina; two stepsisters, Shawna Mergy, Van Wert, and Mandi Fuerst, Van Wert; grandparents, Cheryl Matthews, Van Wert, Randy and Belinda Goodwin, of Michigan, Charlie and Linda Heath, Van Wert, Doris Struzik, Van Wert, and Rick Matthews, Van Wert; and great-grandparents, Joyce Joanne Putman and Arland Burke, Payne, and Mary Lou Goodwin, Van Wert.
He had attended St. Henry High School.
Services are 11 a.m. Tuesday at Cowan & Son Funeral Home, Van Wert, the Rev. Paul W. Miller officiating. Burial is at Ohio City Woodlawn Cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Monday and 9-11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to Van Wert Special Olympics.
