During the early morning hours, winds will increase ahead of an approaching low pressure. Wind gusts of 30 to 40 mph are expected through the afternoon. Some gusts up to 45 mph are possible at times. Winds decrease during the evening hours but remain elevated in the 20 to 25 mph range. Properly secure outdoor objects and seasonal decorations.

The apparatus bay doors of the Celina Fire Department will be painted this year at an estimated cost of $1,500. Upgrades estimated at $32,500 are budgeted for this year at the city utilities office, fire department and city hall.
