* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Donald Belton
Donald L. Belton, 68, New Bremen, died at 12:50 a.m. Feb. 8, 2012, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
He was born Jan. 23, 1944, in Barberton, to Jess and Margaret Nieter Belton. On July 25, 1964, he married Sarah Shaffer, who survives.
Also surviving are two children, Sandra (Tim) Meckstroth, St. Marys, and John Belton, St. Marys, and five grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a grandson.
A 1962 graduate of Memorial High School, he worked at New Idea, Coldwater, for 37 years. He was a lifelong farmer.
He was a member of Lighthouse Fellowship Church, Celina, Moon Walker/Good Sam Camper Club and Young Farmers and Homemakers.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Cisco Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Tony Richmond officiating. Burial will follow at Willow Grove Cemetery, New Bremen.
Calling is 2-4 and 5-7 Friday and one hour prior to services Saturday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Tri County Hospice or to the church.
