Between 0.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Police force to add volunteers

ST. HENRY - The village is increasing its police department with a new auxiliary force.
Council members on Monday night unanimously approved an ordinance establishing the volunteer auxiliary unit to counter a recent increase in burglaries and phone calls from concerned citizens. The ordinance was passed as an emergency - following a 15-minute executive session - after council members voted to waive the three-reading rule. [More]
Celina approves $38.94M budget

CELINA - City council members on Monday unanimously approved the 2012 budget.
The ordinance sets aside $38.94 million for all city accounts and funds. Of the total, $6.53 million is designated for the city's general fund used for operating costs, including the police and fire departments. [More]
