* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Rose Mary Kittle Brown
Rose Mary Kittle Brown, 83, Celina, died at 7:01 a.m. March 9, 2012, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
She was born Dec. 21, 1928, in Mercer County to Walter F. and Lula Shinn Young. On May 30, 1947, she married Victor D. Kittle, who died July 26, 1989.
Surviving are a son, Michael (Deb) Kittle, Celina; five daughters, Vicki (Larry) Gossett, Kathryn Garrity, Marcia (Ted) Schmidt and Becci (Doug) Highley, all of Celina, and Karen (Ralph) Pearson, Bluffton, Ind.; 16 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, five stepgrandchildren and 13 stepgreat-grandchildren.
A son, Jeff Kittle, and two brothers, Orland and Robert Young, are deceased.
She retired from Huffy's in Celina and was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Celina. She graduated from Coldwater High School in 1947.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Monday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Matt Reynolds officiating. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens.
Calling is 2-5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
