* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:40 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.2 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Katelyn Rethman 11, of the team St. Henry Red Flashers, competes against Lauren Henderson, 11, of the Parkway Pink Bombers on Saturday during the DARE fourth- and fifth-grade cup stacking tournament at St. Henry schools. The Cup Stacking Cupcakes from Celina East Elementary School won the fourth-grade division; individual winner was John Robinson. Fifth-grade team winner was Mellow Yellow of Marion Local; individual winner was Matt Rethman. Also participating were students from Fort Recovery, Immaculate Conception, Celina West and Coldwater.
