* WHAT...South winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts around 50 mph expected. Isolated gusts near 55 MPH are possible.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 11 AM Sunday to 8 AM EDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

New Bremen Police Chief Doug Harrod distributes helmets to students Monday afternoon during Bicycle Safety Week activities at New Bremen Elementary School. Police and members of the New Bremen Emergency Squad collaborated on the project designed to protect young bicyclists in grades K-3.
