* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Tracy Westgerdes
Tracy K. Westgerdes, 41, Fort Recovery, died May 14, 2012, at her residence.
She was born June 11, 1970, in Coldwater, to James and Anita Tester Laux, who survive in Coldwater. On Oct. 16, 1993, she married Joseph J. Westgerdes, who also survives.
Other survivors include two sons, Adam Westgerdes and Jacob Westgerdes, both at home; a daughter, Jamie Westgerdes, at home; two sisters, Jennifer (Mark) Beach, Greenville, and Rebecca (Brian) Evers, Chickasaw; and her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Arnold and Viola Westgerdes, Fort Recovery.
She was a 1988 graduate of Coldwater High School and a graduate of Bowling Green State University. She was employed at First Financial Bank, Fort Recovery. She was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary, Coldwater, and served as co-chair of the Fort Recovery Combined Charities and treasurer of the Fort Recovery Band Boosters
She was a member of Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church, Fort Recovery, and its Altar Sodality.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Friday at the church, the Rev. Thomas Dorn officiating. Burial will follow in St. Marys Cemetery, Fort Recovery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Thursday and 9-10 a.m. Friday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
