* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.

Officials are unsure why Grand Lake's water appears brown instead of the typical green. Brown water could be seen at the beach behind Wright State University-Lake Campus on Monday.
