Tony Benson of Smokin' Joes Hog Wild Barbecue, Mansfield, flips a rack of ribs at the Ribfest festival at the Mercer County Fairgrounds in Celina on Friday. Gates open today at 11 a.m.; admission is $3. Activities today include a cruise-in at 11 a.m.; the OSU Alumni Club Dodgeball tourney at noon; Mo Blues at 1:30 p.m.; Erastus at 5:30 p.m.; a rib eating contest at 8:30 p.m.; and Midnight Special at 9:30 p.m.
