Arts in the Parks instructor Kposivi Clark leads a group of students through African dance moves on Thursday afternoon at Wright State University-Lake Campus. Arts in the Parks, a program of Arts Place in Portland, Ind., is offering several activities and classes in both Mercer and Auglaize counties this summer.
