* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Hildred Betz
Hildred A. Betz, 101, Fort Recovery, died June 14, 2012, at her residence.
She was born Jan. 5, 1911, in Coldwater to Edward and Maude Martin Smith. On Aug. 2, 1936, she married Dorsey "Jake" Betz, who died Nov. 29, 1986.
Surviving is a son, John Betz, Fort Recovery; a brother, Gene (Lora) Smith, Ada; a daughter-in-law, Bobbie Betz, Fort Recovery; two sisters-in-law, Marcele Smith, Celina, and Lucille Smith, Coldwater; and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased are a son, James Betz; four brothers, Lowell, Bertram, Bill and Roger Smith; two sisters, Alice Smalley and Mary Ashman; and two infant siblings.
She retired from Fort Recovery Industries and was a member of Fort Recovery United Methodist Church.
Services are 10:30 a.m Monday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery, the Rev. Verl Ballmer officiating. Burial will be in Macedon Cemetery, Coldwater.
Calling is 3-6 p.m. Sunday and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
