Areas of fog across the area this morning is reducing visibility to one mile or less in some locations. The fog will diminish in the mid to late morning. Until that occurs, motorists should slow down, use extra caution, and be prepared for changes of visibility along their route.

Delma Speck Rammel, left, receives her high school diploma from St. Henry Consolidated Local Schools Board of Education President Bruce Miller during a meeting Monday night. Rammel left school at the age of 10 when her mother died and could not graduate with her class in 1944.
