* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Eric Revolt
Eric L. Revolt, 45, of St. Marys, died suddenly June 19, 2012, in the emergency department of Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
He was born Nov. 19, 1966, in St. Marys, to Leonard and Marge Wurster Revolt. His mother, Marge Wurster Heppeard, survives in Mendon.
Other survivors are four children, Brandy Revolt, St. Marys, Tiffany Revolt, Cody Revolt, and Shelby Revolt, all of Spencerville; four brothers, Tony (Anita) Revolt, Scott Revolt, Chad (Crystal) Revolt and Shawn Revolt, all of St. Marys; and paternal grandmother, Lavere Alexander, St. Marys.
He was a 1983 graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School and a lime spreader at Pohlkat in St. Marys. He attended the First Church of the Nazarene, St. Marys, and was a member of Eagles Lodge 767.
Services are 11 a.m. Saturday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Revs. Tim Smith and Bill Drummond officiating. Burial is at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
