* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Emory Kittle
Emory Murrel Kittle, 73, of Celina, died at 11:05 p.m. June 24, 2012, at The Laurels of Shane Hill, Rockford.
He was born Jan. 7, 1939, in Mercer County, to Forest Emory and Cuba Loree Kugel Kittle.
Surviving are two sisters, Helen Joan Henkle, Fort Recovery, and Mary Ann Kittle, Celina.
Deceased are two brothers, Elmer Lewis Kittle and Leonard Lee Kittle, and four sisters, Virginia Loree Zumberge, Blanche Evelyn Andres, Geraldine Beth Fishbaugh and Carolyn Sue Sloan.
He was a retired farmer and a member of Erastus United Methodist Church.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. David Gordon officiating. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens.
Calling is 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and after 9:30 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
