* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Connie Reed
Connie K. Reed, 77, formerly of Celina, died June 23, 2012, at Woodcrest Nursing Home in Decatur, Ind.
She was born May 11, 1935, in Celina, to the late Oliver "Bill" and Dorothy Gray Richardson. Her husband, Clark Reed, died in January 2001.
Surviving are four children, Kirk Reed, New Corydon, Ind., Sean (Stephanie) Reed, Creston, Calif., and Suzanne Fletcher and Todd Reed, both of Decatur; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a brother, Craig "Skip" Richardson.
She was a 1953 graduate of Celina High School and worked as a respiratory therapist at Caylor Nickel Clinic and Adams County Hospital until her retirement in 2000.
Private family services will be held.
Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzedzel Funeral Home, Celina, is handling arrangements.
