Shinn Brothers' employees Jason Hay, in the forklift, and Jeff Snellenberger work to lower a parking block at a newly resurfaced state parking lot and boat ramp on the east side of Grand Lake. Eric Staugler uses a tape measure to help place the block. Shinn Brothers of Celina was awarded the job being funded through a $330,000 state grant. Grand Lake St. Marys State Park Manager Brian Miller said the lot will open to the public by Friday. In addition to expanding parking, the job included resurfacing the entire lot, installing two new steel boat ramps over the existing concrete ones and painting parking lines.
