* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Sharon Newland
Sharon Newland, 65, Celina, died at 2:20 a.m. July 7, 2012, at Van Wert Inpatient Hospice Center.
She was born April 24, 1947, in Kenton to William Harold and Mary Elizabeth Collumber Decker, who are deceased. On June 17, 1966, she married Eric Newland, who survives in Celina.
Also surviving are two sons, Rodney Newland, Findlay, and Michael Newland, Delphos; six daughters, Michelle (Ted) Jutte, St. Henry, Tina (Roy) Allison, Lima, Wendy (Matthew) Figel, Portland, Ore., Tracy (John) Bickman, Canal Winchester, Jennifer (Carl) Long, St. Marys, and Angie (Mark) Odenweller, Ottoville; 21 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two brothers, William Decker and Jack Decker.
She was a 1965 graduate of Indian Lake High School and worked as a bus driver for Cheryl Ann School. She was a member of United Country Western Dance Council and U.S. Dance Sport and helped with the Special Olympics.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Robert Ellis officiating. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Calling is 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
