* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Tarps cover roof damage at Four Seasons Park in Minster after recent storms. Winds gusting up to 80 mph damaged all five shelter houses as well as dugouts at the ball diamonds. Officials are awaiting a damage estimate.
