* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Northwestern Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1218 AM EDT, radar indicated scattered thunderstorms developing which contain moderate to heavy rainfall. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area over the next hour or two. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

Marcella Buel
Marcella Louise Buel, 83, formerly of Mercer County, died July 27, 2012, in Friendswood, Texas, following a lengthy illness.
She was born March 17, 1929, in Celina, to Karl M. and Chloa (Smith) Allmandinger. On Nov. 19, 1950, she married Harold L. Buel, who died Oct. 14, 1989.
Surviving are two daughters, Christine Buel, Galveston, Texas, and Suzanne (Ron) Hegemier Wheeler, Friends-wood; a sister, Norma Shaffer, Celina; two grandsons; and four great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a brother, Karl Allmandinger; a sister-in-law, Helen Allmandinger, and a brother-in-law, Don Shaffer.
She was a 1947 graduate of Celina High School and had worked as a secretary/bookkeeper at Rockford Lumber Yard. She and her husband were the former owners of Buel Lumber Yard of St. Marys. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, St. Marys.
A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Aug. 10 at St. John Lutheran Church, Hopewell Twp., the Rev. William Maki officiating. Burial will be at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys, at the family's convenience.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
