Dog park progressing

Nolan Stromberg, left, and Calvin Dunkin from Elwer Fence, Lima, install fencing for the 200 feet by 300 feet dog park in St. Marys Tuesday afternoon. Grand Lake State Park officials donated the land along the east bank earlier this year. The city of St. Marys agreed to purchase the fence for $5,800, and organizational leadership students at Wright State University-Lake Campus raised money for and planned the project. The fencing is expected to be completed in the next day or two.
