* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...The following counties, in Indiana, Dearborn, Fayette IN, Franklin IN, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union IN and Wayne, the following counties, in Kentucky, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and the following counties, in Ohio, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette OH, Franklin OH, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union OH and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall and the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same areas are possible. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Paul Green
Paul R. Green, 90, died Aug. 24, 2012, at The Gardens at Celina.
He was born Feb. 6, 1922, in Fort Recovery, to Otto and Frona Huffman Green. In 1948, he married Lois Theurer, who died in 1979. On July 30, 1989, he married Gertrude Morningstar Jamieson, who died April 3, 1998.
Survivors are a son, Robert (Shirley) Green, Willshire; a daughter, Carol (Randy) Starlin, Crawfordsville, Ind.; two sisters, Onnolee Bickel, Fort Recovery, and Ruth Reier, Fort Recovery; a sister-in-law, Helen Green, Fort Recovery; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother, Ed Green, and two brothers-in-law, Ernest Bickel and Lester Reier.
He was a retired lineman for Rural Electric Membership Corporation, Portland, Ind. He attended St. Johns Lutheran Church, Celina.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery, the Rev. Douglas Meyer officiating. Burial is at Spring Hill Cemetery, Fort Recovery.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9:30 a.m. until time of services Wednesday at the funeral home.
