* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...The following counties, in Indiana, Dearborn, Fayette IN, Franklin IN, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union IN and Wayne, the following counties, in Kentucky, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and the following counties, in Ohio, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette OH, Franklin OH, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union OH and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall and the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same areas are possible. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Terry Clark
Terry R. Clark, 73, Piqua, died at 3:15 a.m. Aug. 26, 2012, at his home.
He was born Jan. 17, 1939, in Covington, to Raymond and Ruth Drees Clark. On Dec. 27, 1957, he married Delores E. Curtner, who died Nov. 18, 1990. On May 25, 1997, he married Irene Weitzel Bruns, who survives.
Also surviving are three children, Vickie (Mark) Larger, Piqua, John Clark and Monte (Julie) Clark, all of Troy; four stepchildren, Barbara (Allen) Brunswick, Maria Stein, Bonnie (Gary) Lochtefeld, St. Rose, Patty (Don) Meiring, Osgood, and Mike (Julie) Bruns, Maria Stein; a brother, Ron (Liz) Clark, Piqua; a sister, Sharon (Joe) Francis, Piqua; six grandchildren; 13 stepgrandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
An infant son, David Wayne Clark, is deceased.
He retired in 1991 from Clark's Auto Service in Piqua. He previously had worked for Borden Dairy, Kerns Chevrolet of Celina and the Paul Sherry auto dealerships. He served in the Navy from 1957-1961 and then served in the Naval Reserve for two years. He was a member of Greene Street United Methodist Church, Warren Masonic Lodge 24, American Legion Post 184, Moose Lodge and the Veterans Elite Tribute Squad, all of Piqua. He also was a member and past president of Eagles Aerie 614 of Piqua, Amvets of Troy, Piqua YMCA Senior Center and Piqua Antique Car Club.
Services are 11 a.m. Wednesday at Jamieson & Yannucci Funeral Home, Piqua. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery, Piqua, with military honors by the Veterans Elite Tribute Squad.
Calling is 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday and after 10 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
