* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...The following counties, in Indiana, Dearborn, Fayette IN, Franklin IN, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union IN and Wayne, the following counties, in Kentucky, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and the following counties, in Ohio, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette OH, Franklin OH, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union OH and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall and the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same areas are possible. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Helene Bailey
Helene Bailey, 85, formerly of St. Marys, died Aug. 28, 2012, at Elmwood Assisted Living facility in New Bremen.
She was born July 23, 1927, in Paris, France, to Augustine and Joseph Stenc. She was married to Eugene Barker, who died in 1993, and then Steve Bailey, who died in 2008.
Surviving are a son, Gene Barker, Europe, and a granddaughter.
Graveside services are 10 a.m. Friday at Elm Grove Cemetery in St. Marys.
Arrangements are being handled by Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
Memorials may be given to Grand Lake Hospice.
