* WHERE...The following counties, in Indiana, Dearborn, Fayette IN, Franklin IN, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union IN and Wayne, the following counties, in Kentucky, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and the following counties, in Ohio, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette OH, Franklin OH, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union OH and Warren.

William Rogers
William E. Rogers, 76, Celina, died at 9:39 a.m. Aug. 28, 2012, at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, Ind., due to natural causes.
He was born April 28, 1936, in Murray, Ky., to Edward and Opal Erwin Rogers. He was married to Jeanette Miller, who died in 1981. In 1986, he married Linda Quinlivan Schroeder, who survives in Celina.
Also surviving are a daughter, Cindy (Tony) Gabner, West Melbourne, Fla.; a stepson, Ron Schroeder, Celina; three brothers, Jim (Judy) Rogers, Caseyville, Ill., Cary (Sharon) Rogers, St. Louis, Mo., and Charles (Judy) Rogers, Corona, Calif.; a sister, Virginia (John) Burris Kilzer, Belleville, Ill.; 11 nieces and nephews and 12 great-nieces and nephews.
Deceased is a stepson, Scott Schroeder.
He had been employed as a supervisor at McDonald-Douglas, St. Louis, Mo., and as a supervisor at the former Huffy Corp., Celina. He also was vice president for Technicolor, Livonia, Mich. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina, the Celina Moose Lodge, Celina Eagles and Fox's Den Golf Course.
Funeral Mass will be 10 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Kenneth Alt officiating. Burial will be in North Grove Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday and 9-9:45 a.m. Saturday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
Memorial contributions may be made to Wounded Warriors and Mercer County Chapter of the American Heart Association.
