* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following county, in west central Ohio, Mercer.
* WHEN...Until 400 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1253 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Tama and Neptune.

Online bike auction

The village of Coldwater has accumulated 73 bicycles of all sizes and condition that are being sold on an online auction site until Sept. 20. The site is publicsurplus.com, which allows residents to bid on the items. The bikes, many either abandoned or confiscated, were viewed by residents after the village council meeting Monday.
