* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Barbara Nosek
Barbara A. Nosek, 79, Rockford, died at 7:25 a.m. Oct. 29, 2012, at Van Wert County Hospital.
She was born March 12, 1933, in Hammond, Ind., to George and Barbara Kaschak Barna, who are deceased. In May 1958, she married Edward Eugene Nosek, who died July 19, 1961.
Surviving are a daughter, Teresa Rauch, Rockford; two sisters-in-law, Elennor Barna, Westland, Mich., and Bea Nosek, Mendon; and one grandchild.
Deceased are a stepfather, Matt Samboric; a daughter, Ann Jackson; four brothers, George, Joseph, John and Jim Barna; and two sisters, Evelyn Shafer and Mary Barna.
She graduated from Rockford High School and lived in Romeo, Mich., from 1971 to 2011. She belonged to St. Teresa Catholic Church, Rockford.
Funeral services are 10 a.m. Saturday at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home, Rockford, Rev. Kenneth Schnipke officiant. Burial will follow in St. Marys Catholic Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is Thursday at Malburg Funeral Home, Romeo, Mich., and 3-8 p.m. Friday at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home, Rockford.
Memorials may be given to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Central Ohio Chapter, Columbus.
