Victoria Link
Victoria Therese Clara Link, 85, formerly of Celina, died at 4:40 a.m. Nov. 5, 2012, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
She was born June 26, 1927, in Cassella to August and Anna Lennartz Link.
Surviving are her brother, Gustave (Betty) Link, Fort Recovery, and sisters-in-law, Anne Link, Sidney, and Carman Link, Minnesota.
Deceased are brothers, Dr. Edward Link, Leonard (Esther) Link, Meinrad (Catherine) Link, August Link Jr., Roman Link and George (Nellie) Link, and a sister, Mary Ann (Wilfred "Willie") Klosterman.
She graduated from St. Clare Convent, Cincinnati, and received her bachelor of science degree as a Sister of the Poor of St. Francis from the University of Dayton. She entered the convent in 1964 and received dispensation from her vows in 1968 due to health reasons.
She then worked as a dietician for Gibbons Hospital, Celina. She belonged to the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina.
Mass of Christian Burial is 10 a.m. Nov. 17, 2012, at the church, Rev. Kenneth Schnipke officiant. Burial will follow at St. Marys Catholic Cemetery, Celina.
Memorials may be given to the Immaculate Conception Endowment Fund.
