* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:40 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.2 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mercer County Treasurer Dave Kaiser of St. Henry joins other officials as they scan election results Tuesday night at the courthouse. St. Henry's proposed 1/2 percent income tax increase was defeated by 54 percent of voters. Kaiser, who ran unopposed, will continue another term as county treasurer.
