...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers...
St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:40 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.2 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Sgt. Jay Wehrkamp of the Mercer County Sheriff's Office strings yellow crime scene tape around a mobile home at 509 W. North St., Rockford, on Thursday morning after a shooting that claimed the life of 26-year-old Melinda "Mindy" S. Shinn. A murder warrant has been issued for her live-in boyfriend, 40-year-old Daniel C. Martin.
