* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Dorothy West
Dorothy Irene West, 95, Celina, died at 10 p.m. Dec. 5, 2012, at her home.
She was born Sept. 7, 1917, in Darke County, to Garnet and Daisy Norris Hanna. On Sept. 14, 1952, she married William R. West, who died Sept. 3, 1998.
Surviving are her son, Robert (Maureen A.) West, Newtown, Pa.; two brothers, George (Linda) Hanna, Celina, and Dale (Dotty) Hanna Celina; and one granddaughter.
Also deceased are three brothers, Carl Hanna, Clifford Hanna and Vernis Hanna; and two sisters, Virginia McGee-Yohey and Mary Meeds.
She was a member of Lighthouse Fellowship Church, Celina, and the OPERS. She was retired from Mersman Brothers Furniture, Celina, and active with the Liberty Pentecostal Assembly Children's Camp.
Funeral services are 11 a.m. Saturday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Tony Richmond officiating. Burial will follow in Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 7-9 p.m. today and 10-11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to Lighthouse Fellowship Church, Celina.
