* WHERE...The following counties, in Indiana, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, the following counties, in Kentucky, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and the following counties, in Ohio, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Sunday morning.

Jeanne Dunlap
Jeanne E. Dunlap, 83, Union City, died at 10:45 p.m. Dec. 12, 2012, at Union City Care Center.
She was born Aug. 24, 1929, in St. Marys to Otto E. and Frances Geraldine Mooney Schrolucke. She married Charles A. D. Dunlap, who is deceased.
Surviving are three daughters, Linda Lee, Union City, Ind., Debra Neargarder, Union City, and Traci (Chris) Wells, Delphos; a son, Jerry (Teresa) Dunlap, Union City, Ind., a sister, Martha (Robert) Hardin, Moulton; a brother, Otto (Sharon) Schrolucke, St. Marys, 11 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchild; and one great-great-grandchild.
Also deceased are a son, Kip Allen Dunlap; a brother, Thomas Schrolucke; and one granddaughter.
She attended St. Marys Memorial High School and was a homemaker. She also had worked at DWG Cigar Factory, St. Marys Cotton Mill and Goodyear Tire Co., St. Marys.
She was a member at St. Pauls United Church of Christ and Kishler Women's Relief Corps, both of St. Marys.
Funeral rites are 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Miller-Long & Folk Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Dr. Ed Bray officiant. Burial will follow at Pilger Ruhe Cemetery, New Knoxville.
Calling is noon-1:30 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
