Rainy weekend

Water runs over the road near the intersection of Jordan and Lee roads near Rockford on Sunday afternoon. Local weather forecaster Dennis Howick said the area received two inches of rain during the weekend. Mike Robbins, director of the Mercer County Emergency Management Agency, reported no damage associated with the flooding. Water flowed on 11 county roads Sunday with all roads open by this morning.
