* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Dorothy Vann
Dorothy E. Vann, 67, of Rockford, died from natural causes at 12:45 p.m. Jan. 13, 2013, in her home.
She was born May 10, 1945, in Fonde, Ky., to William and Maggie Gregory Lawson. On June 21, 1961, she married Franklin Vann, who died in 2001.
Surviving are a son, John (Shannon) Vann of Ohio City, two daughters, Peggy (Doug) Serviss of Rockford and Monica (Rick) Kittle of Willshire; a brother, Ralph (Katie) Lawson of Chatsworth, Ga.; a sister, Elnor Henderson of Chatsworth, Ga.; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and two step-grandchildren.
Also deceased are a daughter, Sue Vann, and a brother, Walter Lawson.
She was retired from Huffy after 15 years.
Graveside services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Riverside Cemetery, Rockford. Burial will follow.
No calling will be held.
Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, is handling arrangements.
