* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Bertha Siegrist
Bertha J. Baltes Siegrist, 89, Celina, passed away at 9:30 a.m. Jan. 15, 2013, at her residence.
She was born March 28, 1923, in Versailles, to Leroy and Ella Frantz Baltes. On July 5, 1944, she married Cletus J. Siegrist, who passed away Nov. 12, 1987.
Survivors include her sons and daughter-in-law, David C. Siegrist of Celina, and John R. (Barbara) Siegrist of St. Marys; daughters Sharon M. (David E.) Hirshfeld of St. Marys, and Helen (Clark) Rasneor of St. Marys; four grandchildren; brother and sister-in-law, Earl (Bernice) Baltes of New Weston; and a sister and brother-in-law, Susan (Nelson) Barga of Versailles.
Also deceased are a son, Michael Siegrist, brothers, Ralph Baltes and James Baltes, and her sisters, Zelma Ernst and Rita Condon.
She graduated from Versailles High School in 1941. She was a member of St. Aloysius Catholic Church of Carthagena and a member of the St. Monica Sodality at the church. She was a past member of the board of directors for the National Ballroom Operators. She formerly owned and operated the Carousel Ballroom in Celina for more than 40 years with her husband.
A Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church, the Rev. Tom Hemm officiating. Burial will be at a later date in St. Aloysius Catholic Cemetery.
Calling is one hour before services at the church.
