* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Richard Frosdick
Richard A. Frosdick, 84, Celina, died Feb. 7, 2013, at St. Marys Living Center.
He was born May 19, 1928, in Oakfield, N.Y., to Harold and Edith Andrews Frosdick. On May 24, 1986, he married Patricia Sullivan Lentz, who survives.
Other survivors are three children, Susan (Tyagan) Moke-Miller, Bloomington, Ind., Kim (Randy) Ross, Chesterfield, Mich., and Amy Frosdick, Columbus; three stepchildren, James (Sandy) Lentz, Mendon, David Lentz, Celina, and Joyce (Marc) Zizelman, Celina; a stepsister, Linda Fulwider of Tennessee; 11 grandchildren, a great-grandchild and a nephew.
He had owned and operated the AAA Awning Co. of St. Marys, retiring due to ill health. He had attended Port Clinton, Ohio, High School, the Rochester Institute of Technology in New York and Bethany United Methodist Church in Celina. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, enlisting in 1945 and serving in the European Theatre until 1947. He was a life member of American Legion Post #323 and VFW Post #9289 in St. Marys, and served as the VFW Post Commander, receiving the All-State Team Post Commander Award for 2002-2003.
Services are 3 p.m. Feb. 17 at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Jonathan Exman officiating.
Calling is 1 p.m. Feb. 17 until the time of services at the funeral home. American Legion Post #323 and VFW Post #9289 will conduct military rites at the funeral home.
