* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mary Jane Weaver
Mary Jane Weaver, 88, Minster, died at 8:55 p.m. Monday at Heritage Manor Nursing Center in Minster. She had been a resident there for one year.
She was born Sept. 18, 1924, in Russia, to Leo and Judith Didier Monnier. On June 18, 1946, in Russia, she married Elmer A. Weaver, who survives in Minster.
Also surviving are a son, Brad (Lisa) of Bellbrook; five grandchildren, Lauren, Nick, Cole, Madison and Jackson Weaver; a daughter-in-law, Donna Weaver of St. Marys; a brother, Edward Monnier of Texas; a sister, Elizabeth Haywood of West Milton; sisters-in-law, Delores Francis Monnier, Katheryn (Katy) Young Monnier and Nancy Paulus Monnier; and a brother-in-law, Oscar Romie.
Also deceased are two sons, Doug and Jeff Weaver; siblings Joseph and Marcus Monnier, Juanita Booher, Antionette Koverman, Adele Kloth, Julie Romie and Dorothy "Champ" Monnier.
She was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church in Minster, CL of C of the church and F.O.E. 1391 Auxiliary of Minster. She was a homemaker and worked with her husband at Weavers Beauty Shop.
A Mass of Christian Burial is 10 a.m. Monday at St. Augustine Church, the Rev. Rick Nieberding officiant. Burial will follow at St. Augustine Cemetery.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Sunday and 9-9:30 a.m. Monday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Minster.
